From a visual arts background, I entered the digital industry as a web designer, working across tech startups, e-commerce, and non-profit organizations early in my career. As the industry evolved, I expanded into integrated digital marketing and moved into multidisciplinary roles designing omnichannel user journeys in conversion-focused environments.
Since then, I've specialized in UX design for the financial industry, working across the full design cycle. My work spans leading discovery and aligning stakeholders through to hands-on creation of UX deliverables for agile product delivery. Along the way, I've shaped design systems, led cross-functional teams, and delivered measurable outcomes in regulated environments.
With experience as both a UX designer and team leader, I bring strategic thinking and design craft to every project. I'm equally comfortable as a senior individual contributor, a player-coach, or a manager for a small team, staying hands-on in the work throughout.
