Corporate and branch sites

2014- 2016

Designing and maintaining 100+ CMS sites

I joined Arbor Memorial in 2014 to lead a project to redesign and consolidate its corporate site and 100+ branch sites under a single domain and CMS. Working closely with the design and development vendors, I project-managed the migration to the new CMS (Crownpeak), trained the marketing team on the new system, and collaborated on building the 100+ bilingual sites. Rebuilding everything under one platform made it possible to keep the corporate site, blog, and branch sites visually consistent while giving each branch its own local content.

Arbor Memorial's Corporate Site

The corporate site housed pages shared by all the branches, including company information and downloadable resources

Beyond the migration itself, I maintained the site day to day, updating content and images as needed, and owned visual, content, and translation quality across the site, reviewing pages for consistency and accuracy, and handled SEO optimizations to support organic visibility across every location.

Arbor Memorial's Blog

The blog, built on the same platform, kept visual and navigational consistency with the rest of the site

To support lead generation, I built landing pages and lead generation forms in HubSpot and worked with the technical team to integrate them with CRM Dynamics, so we could route submissions to the local sales team for follow-up and attribute leads and sales to the specific channel.
