Using AI for research at scale
I developed the custom taxonomies that our data and insights team used to analyze web intercept surveys and support call transcripts through ChatGPT Enterprise. This collaborative effort allowed us to surface user pain points at scale, reducing manual data synthesis while ensuring member data remained secure.

Building AI design skills
To support our evolving product needs, I brought in industry expert Rebecca Evanhoe to train our designers and writers in conversational UI principles, tone, and guardrails. This training gave the team the foundation needed to kick off the design and definition phases for OTPP's first member support chatbot. I mentored the designer leading the interface work, helping her apply the conversational design principles we had just learned.
