I joined in 2008 as the organization's Webmaster, and in 2011 was promoted to Manager, Online Marketing as I built out its digital marketing program from the ground up. Besides designing and managing its website, I established its blog and social media properties and ran its first paid ad campaigns. I also designed, coded, and managed its monthly email newsletter, growing its recipient list to 17,000 subscribers and training staff on compliance with Canada's new anti-spam legislation (CASL).

As the organization rebranded as Futurpreneur Canada in 2014, I led an agency through a full website redesign, managed an SEO plan during the transition, and helped launch an online Business Resource Centre for young entrepreneurs.

To drive awareness and applications to its program, I managed $40K+ budgets for Google and social ads across Facebook and LinkedIn, and directed an agency through an integrated ad, email, and contest campaign called Live Your Dream. In 2014 web traffic grew by 54% and the campaign generated over 100 new business leads, helping the organization exceed its annual target of supporting 765 startups.
